Do you allow pets?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats may arrive in carriers, though our suites lack litter facilities — kindly tell us ahead of time.
Which ages may stay?+
The property is reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
How do cancellations work?+
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advisable.
Does the casino run around the clock?+
Our main gaming floor operates from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play can be opened earlier or kept open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is not unusual on the weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips can be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
